Common questions
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes we do – no risk or credit card required. Once you sign up you will be able to start using our Essential plan which lets you create unlimited surveys and analyze up to 50 responses per survey. Once you have reached the 50 respondent limit, your surveys will continue to collect additional responses, however, to view the additional responses you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is safe with us. Security and privacy of your data is our number one priority. Segmanta services and data are hosted in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) which adheres to the highest physical and software security standards. GCP is accredited under ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SSAE16 / ISAE 3402 (SOC 2/3), and other top certifications.
Segmanta encrypts all data at rest through the use of industry standard AES-256 block-level storage encryption. Access credentials to the database are also encrypted at rest. All data in transit is transmitted over SSL (TLS 1.2). We perform automated and manual security testing on a regular basis.
What’s your billing policy?
Segmanta offers annual and monthly plans. Our annual accounts are offered at a discount to shorter term plans based on the pricing listed below. Enterprise account holders have the option to receive invoices and additional payment options based on the purchased subscription package.
